Welcome to the first edition of India Tango Festival!

15th to 18th August 2019

India Tango Festival is a unique festival that brings four of the country’s finest tango teachers under one roof. The pan India festival is the first of it’s kind and showcases teachers from Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Auroville. By thinking globally and acting locally – we aim to support and nurture homegrown talent.

The festival will be a combination of progressive/intensive workshops and marathon milongas.

10 hours of classes + 5 milongas.
The 2019 festival will be held in beautiful Garden city of Bengaluru, from 15th to 18th August 2019.

The festival is open to all level dancers.
Even people who have never done tango before and want to try. We have a freshers pass to encourage new people to join Tango. This pass guarantees entry into beginner classes and all milongas of the festival.

Private Lessons

All the instructors are available for private lessons during off festival hours from 15th to 18th August 2019. Private classes are on request.

Please send your request by email to bangaloretangoacademy@gmail.com.

Fees: ₹2500 per hour. This can be taken by one individual or a couple. Fee excludes studio rental cost.

Private classes are only available to festival pass holders (India Tango Festival – Full Pass and India Tango Festival – first-timer’s Pass)
